Our Order & Shipping Process and what to expect

Shipping Progress

We generally ship in-stock items usually within 48-36 hours after payment has been received unless otherwise stated. Special order or Pre Sale purchases will be placed on hold for merchandise to be received and re sent to you and you will be updated during that waiting process as we receive updates from our manufactures.  Use the "my account" area to self service your order, print your invoice, see the status of your order and use the "contact us" if you have questions. 

Shipping Carriers

We currently are trusting our US domestic shipping to FedEx Ground and USPS and which carrier your order will ship with depends on the item itself you order.

International Orders

The International shipping is handled by Fedex, sometimes USPS.  International shipping for small light items is USPS, heavier items or items of higher value are FedEx usually.

Email tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you and when a label is generated for your order the tracking information will be sent to you provided we have a valid email address for you. Check our spam folder for our automated messages on your order status.  Since we email tracking when the label is printed please allow at least 24 hours before you track your package to give it time to get on the package, in the truck and scanned into their system. 

Freight

Freight items and large orders are sent using freight delivery, large delivery trucks and 18 wheelers. Most large items have freight quoted and charges to bring items to your door or home. Contact us if you have any freight questions.

Fees

For the most part we offer free shipping on everything over the minimum order size. Purchases are eligible for local pickup from our main Atlanta warehouse facility if you prefer. Please contact customer service directly for this. We will ship to most worldwide destination with a few exclusions as long as you are willing to pay the cost for delivery and insurance. If you have a special request or need, email us for assistance.

Customs & Duties

Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Duties and tariffs are not included. You will have to pay the shipping carrier or customs broker directly for any extra fees outside of our item cost.

Discount Coupon Codes and Promos

Discounts and coupons cannot be applied to stone pedestals, stone farm sinks, stone fountains or other items that ship freight.  These items have a very little margin of profit for us and the freight delivery is very expensive. 

 

Address Changes on Orders

We accept shipping address changes under these strict rules. Address changes are only approved when you have a confirmed return email from us stating clearly that we have indeed updated your ship to address. Simply requesting by any message form is not enough, we MUST respond with a confirmation to be approved. It is very important that you use the correct ship to address when you checkout, and we are not responsible for any changes you request after you checkout. Changes MUST be approved and in writing. If you change the address after an item is shipped, you will have to pay the $10 change fee that our carrier charges us to change the address.

Taxes

Georgia ship to addresses will be charged automatically 6% sales tax at checkout.

P.O. Boxes

We  do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges & Defects

1-15 DAYS: Items are refundable (Via the method you paid) with a 20% restocking fee or Store Credit with a 20% restocking fee.

16-30 DAYS: Items are returnable with a 20% restocking fee and Store Credit Only.

31-45 DAYS: Items are returnable with a 30% restocking and Store Credit Only.

46-90 DAYS: Items are returnable with a 50% restocking fee as long as you have the ORIGINAL email confirmation of your order.

91 DAYS and OVER: Items ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
 

As always the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us in the original packaging and in resellable condition.  Items returned without original packaging are not eligable for refund.  The item must have never been installed. If the item is returned to us damaged, the customer is required to file the claim with the carrier they choose to ship the item back. No store credit or refund will be given by DreamFixtures.com. We strongly suggest that on the return shipment you purchase insurance with the carrier of your choice.

Defective Merchandise:
If the customer receives an item they feel is defective, the customer must ship the item back to us at their expense. If we determine the item to be defective, a replacement will be shipped back to the customer at the expense of DreamFixtures.com. NO refund will be given, ONLY a replacement or exchange will be allowed.

 

Damaged Items:
DreamFixtures.com takes great care in packaging our products, but sometimes mishandling does occur on the part of the shipping company, so we suggest that you open every box no matter what the condition of the package is at delivery. If you receive an item damaged during shipping, you must notify DreamFixtures.com via email or phone within 5 days of receipt. We are very limited by our shipping company in filing claims for the merchandise after 10 days. Failure to notify us with in the 10 days does not guarantee that a replacement will be given. NO refund for damaged items will be given. ONLY a replacement or exchange will be offered.

Natural stone may contain veins. These veins do NOT hinder the usability of the stone sinks. Each one is truly different and beautiful in its own way. If you are not happy with the sink you received please follow our return policy located above.
